A woman's chance of having breast cancer during her lifetime is one in eight. Your chance of knowing a woman who is diagnosed with this disease is nearly 100%. The magnitude of these statistics drove me to do something big. Something that will challenge me as much as cancer challenges millions in the U.S.; something that will help find a cure. I have decided to participate in the Avon Breast Cancer 3-day walk. This June, I will walk 60 miles from Kenosha, WI to Chicago, IL in three days. Along with over 6,000 other caring participants, I will walk to raise awareness and funds to help find a cure for breast cancer. In the coming months I will be training rigorously for this event. But I also need your help.

Please help me to reach my goal of raising a minimum of $1,900 by May 1st. Your contribution of $20, $50, $100 or more is greatly appreciated and important in the fight against breast cancer.
